A CAPABLE AND RELATIVELY inviting take on a tricky and unusual style. Equal wheat and barley malts give this the hazy golden look of a Weiss, but the coriander and black lava salt spices impart a more medicinal, slightly sour finish instead of sweet soothing esters. Not too forward with these, though, and the lightness of the body keeps the middle clear and fresh. Just not sure how much one could drink before it became too brackish.
