VERY SMOOTH, NEARLY CREAMY initial flavors defined by a tightly bubbling but largely flavorless head. Or are smooth and creamy proxies for flat and milquetoast? Standard lager aromas with a bit of hard water. Finish a little heavy on the phenols and virtually no hop depth for balance. Medium light body and carbonation is high, yet lacking in character. Neither too watery nor entirely flavorless, but little else is at work here. One step up from true American adjunct lager…maybe.
